What key impacts to salmon and their habitat were included in the analysis for the FEIS/BA/BO? What scale (geographic space and time) was used to assess impacts? What environmental baseline data were used to assess impacts and what data were used to develop the baseline? How were direct, indirect and cumulative (i.e., project impacts analyzed in relation to other on-going/future actions) impacts to salmonids analyzed? How is salmon habitat defined? How are impacts analyzed across the salmonid species of concern?
