Casey Goodwin is an Equitable Transitions program intern working out of the Somerville office at SEI US, where he is researching innovative technologies and the processes of technological change in relation to the olive oil sector in Morocco and other North African countries.
Casey is also a Master of Science candidate in Sustainable Water Management at Tufts University in the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. He anticipates graduating in August 2022.
Casey is interested in sustainable models of economic development, particularly relating to water use in agriculture, industry and hydropower generation. He is also interested in nature-based solutions to water pollution issues, especially regarding the eutrophication of lakes, rivers and coastal bays.
Casey received his Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Religious Studies from Pomona College.
