Laura is a graduate student at Tufts Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, where she studies development economics and environment and resource policy.
At SEI, Laura supports Dr. Annette Huber-Lee on her work in the Mara River Basin of Kenya and Tanzania. The work in the Mara is a part of the USAID-funded Sustainable Water Partnership, which is intended to build resilience to water security issues through mission-driven programming. In particular, Laura is interested in stakeholder engagement in this process and the nexus between gender and water security in the Mara.
Laura has a BA in political science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is pursuing an MA in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School.
