Thibaut worked on water management scenarios for the Blue Nile and lake Tana basins, in Ethiopia. The project covers the interactions between water resources and land use, food production, energy conversion and human development.

This work constituted the final thesis of his Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Science, delivered at Lausanne Federal Institute of Technology, Switzerland (EPFL).
