This project investigated the introduction into groundwater of a broad range of wastewater pollutants with hormonal disruption capabilities to determine potential risks to human and ecologic health.
In collaboration with Silent Spring Institute, the U.S. Geological Survey, and the State University of New York at Stony Brook, the study involved the sampling and analysis of groundwater impacted by septic system discharges initially on Cape Cod, MA.
