After 25 years in Tallinn Old Town, we have moved. SEI Tallinn’s new office is located at the Arsenal Centre (Erika 14, North Tallinn). Please use the “Kalamaja pagarikoda” bakery door at the B entrance to enter. Our offices are located on the second floor, on the left hand side.
