Projects included development and delivery of materials for United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) regional training workshops on mitigation assessment; revision of the Global Environment Facility’s methodology for calculating GHG emissions reductions from energy efficiency projects; a GHG inventory and tracking framework for King County, WA; technical scenario analysis and modeling of how the City of Seattle could reduce GHG emissions to near zero by 2050; and providing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency with monthly reviews of recent developments in offset markets.
