He holds a BA in Insurance and European Studies from the University of Limerick, Ireland and is ACII accredited in Risk Management from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London, England.
Keith has a Master’s in International Relations and his thesis entitled “Water as a Source of Conflict in the Jordan River Basin” looked at how stronger riparian states in a geo-politically volatile area can incite conflict and at times war as a scarce resource such as water is diverted from primary sources to feed the needs of the more dominant neighboring country.
