Papassara is Head of Operations in SEI Asia. She has been with SEI since February 2004.

Papassara’s main responsibility is to coordinate various office support services, which consists of finance, administration, purchasing, human resources, as well as facilitating meetings and conferences, including supervision of office administrative staff. She is responsible for reviewing contracts and grant agreements between donors and SEI, and SEI and sub-consultancy and sub-grantees. She works on project financial reports to ensure compliance with donor requirements. She also monitors the Centre time management and budgets. She is part of the Centre Senior Management Team (SMT).

Papassara has more than 15 years of professional experience in administrative and financial fields. She has an MSc degree in Accounting from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
