Annie Steen works at SEI Headquarters as an HR Specialist. She is implementing and maintaining HR systems and processes in areas such as compensation and benefits, global mobility, work environment, equity and diversity, labour law, training and development. Together with the HR team, she provides support and guidance to SEI’s management and employees in all HR related areas.

Annie holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from Linköping University. In addition to her degree, she has studied Psychology at North Dakota State University.
