      Johanna Lehtmets is the Communications Manager at SEI Tallinn and joined the centre in November 2020.

      Johanna manages and supports SEI Tallinn communication activities on a daily basis, including planning, developing, coordinating, analysing communication activities. Also, she supports the development of international cooperation relations with communication activities. She contributes to publishing and disseminating project results on the website, social media, media and other communication channels.

      Education

      Johanna holds a Bachelor´s degree in Psychology from the University of Tartu and a Master´s degree in Environmental Communication and Management from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), as well as a Master´s degree in Communication and Media from the University of Tartu. Her master´s thesis was focused on investigating how the ideas of participatory and deliberative forms of environmental governance practices are understood and practised by the local authorities’ public participation professionals in Estonia.
