Nina Miller

Nina Miller works at SEI Headquarters as Business Development and Strategic Partnership Manager.

Nina works closely with HQ line management, the finance department, and senior management to enhance professional grants and funding management procedures and ensure ownership and overview of the project portfolio from pipeline to closure.

Nina has over 10 years of working experience within strategic partnerships, account management and raising institutional, corporate, and foundational funding within the humanitarian sector. 

She joins SEI after working at Reach for Change, where she held positions within business development and partnerships but also programs.  She has worked directly with and supported civil society organizations around the world with capacity development and impact management.

She has also worked in the US to implement state and government pilot programs, to support current and former foster care youth, to reach educational and employment parity with the national average.

Nina has her Masters in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology, from Uppsala University, where she and conducted her field work in Burkina Faso on the structural barriers preventing women from accessing lifesaving treatment for HIV.
