SEI is undertaking research on several aspects of Mistra’s Climate Policy Research Programme.
Clipore involves a consortium of universities, think-tanks and non-governmental organizations in Sweden, Norway, India, and the United States. It includes researchers from Resources for the Future, Teri, Cicero, IVL, and the Universities of Linkoping, Goteborg, and Uppsala.

Clipore is financed by the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Environmental Research (Mistra) and is governed by a Swedish programme board comprised of representatives of the public and private sectors as well as academia.
