SEI will be opening its new center in Latin America in Bogotá, Colombia. The decision to open a new office was prompted by a request from the SEI Board of Directors to consider the possibility of formalizing our presence in this dynamic region of the world. The challenges facing this region in terms of sustainable development are real, but the solutions emerging in response are exciting. SEI has already been engaged in the region for a long period of time, developing very rewarding and productive partnerships with universities, governments and NGOs in Latin America.
