Mariliis Miil is Institute Assistant and Office Manager at SEI Tallinn.

Mariliis joined SEI Tallinn in May 2020. Previously she has worked for Premier Restaurants Eesti AS, Eesti Energia AS and Enics Eesti AS in the area of human resources and mainly recruitment.

Mariliis holds a Bachelor´s Degree from University of Tartu in the area of Finno-Ugric Languages and Economics. She also has a Diploma of Professional Higher Education from Tallinn School of Economics in the area of Personnel Management.
