Richard Mills

Richard Mills was an SEI Associate for SEI York.

He is Director of the International Union of Air Pollution Prevention Associations (IUAPPA). He specialises in global and regional cooperation on environmental issues, particularly air pollution and climate change, environmental governance and delivery of environmental policies.
