Duwar Chicunque is an HR Assistant at SEI Latin America, where he supports the Human Resources team and contributes to processes related to talent management, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and organizational well-being.
Before taking on his current role, Duwar completed an internship at SEI, where he gained experience supporting a range of Human Resources processes and initiatives. During his studies at SENA, he also advised Hacienda Atahualpa on strengthening its human talent management processes.
Duwar holds a Technologist degree in Human Talent Management from SENA, Colombia. He is passionate about working with people, learning, developing his professional skills and continuing to contribute to SEI’s mission and the growth of its team.
