She has extensive experience in Human Resources, leading comprehensive and strategic talent management as a key business partner. She is skilled in designing and implementing processes and procedures aimed at strengthening organizational culture, performance, talent sustainability, and the achievement of strategic goals.
She has proven leadership in strategies and processes such as talent attraction, employer branding, onboarding, offboarding, employee well-being, culture, organizational climate, development, and training—ensuring productive work environments and positive employee experiences aligned with the organization’s vision.
She has a strong focus on organizational development, managing succession plans, talent mapping, performance evaluations, KPI measurement, change management, and data analytics to support decision-making and the development of new strategies. These efforts promote high-performance environments, strengthen relationships, boost engagement, and reduce turnover rates. Additionally, she has experience leading Human Management teams at an international level to retain talent in multinational companies across different industries.
