During her 20 years’ experience in journalism and media, Anna has worked as a freelance reporter, chief editor, editor, and web editor for a number of publications in Sweden.

Over the last 10 years, Anna has increasingly focused on journalistic coverage of global water issues and the nexus between climate change, business and science. She has published several independent articles in the Swedish leading daily press, and covered international summits such as World Water Week, World Economic Forum, and UNEP Finance Initiative’s global roundtables.

During her extensive work in the field of journalism and media, Anna has acquired experience in leading different media projects, managing complex processes, working in teams, and delivering the required results. SvD Näringsliv, OmVärlden, Dagens Nyheter, The Knowledge Foundation, Botkyrka municipality, and Bonnier Publications are listed amongst her clients.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Media and Communication from Stockholm University, and was appointed “Ambassador for female entrepreneurship” in 2010 by a Swedish MP for commercial affairs, a position she continues to hold. She has also participated in the award-winning leadership training program ”Women’s leadership and investigative journalism” for media leaders and managers, at Stockholm University. Through a multi-disciplinary course at the Swedish Royal Institute of Art, Anna gained knowledge on the relationship between the world’s increasingly scarce resources and our built environment, focusing on Cape Town, South Africa.

Anna is fluent in English and has working knowledge of French and German, besides her mother tongue of Swedish. Over the last 20 years Anna has visited several African countries: Senegal, Guinea Conakry, Gambia and South Africa, where she participated in different workshops and projects addressing cultural and sustainability issues.
