Diego is the Accounting and Financial Specialist of SEI Latin America. He graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Colombia with a degree in Accounting and further specialized in Tax Management at the Universidad Piloto de Colombia. He completed studies in International Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards at the European Graduate Institute and took a course in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination at West Virginia University.
Over the years, he has accumulated around 17 years of experience in different roles across finance, administration, accounting, fiscal, and tax sectors. He has worked in both private enterprises and non-profit organizations such as Asociación de Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y de Desarrollo Sostenible (Asocars) and Fundación Suiza de Cooperación para el Desarollo Técnico (Swisscontact), which focus on environmental care and sustainability.
