Doreen Kirema was the Finance and Operations Manager at SEI Africa. She worked at SEI during 2015-2022 and was responsible for leading the overall financial management at the Center; coordinating operational management including administrative and project operations, and supporting human resource management at SEI Africa in close liaison with SEI HQ in Stockholm. Doreen was also in charge of developing and maintaining standard internal finance and administrative systems and procedures.
