Heidi Grenman

Heidi Grenman is SEI Tallinn’s Head of Operations and Collaboration. Heidi joined SEI Tallinn in 2007 and has been responsible for financial management issues including budgeting, everyday accounting and taxation ever since. She is also a member of SEI Tallinn’s Senior Management Team.

Heidi has more than 20 years of experience in the field of accounting and financial management in the private as well as the public sector. She has also run her family’s accounting business Competence OÜ and has been the Board Member of the international consulting company Rödl & Partner’s office in Estonia for nearly four years being responsible for outsourcing service development and TQM.

Heidi has studied law (BA) and received an MBA degree in Strategic Management (cum laude) from University of Tartu, Estonia.
