Kate earned a BA in sociology and psychology from Middlebury College in 2005 and an MA in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University in 2013. She is currently a doctoral student in sociology at Boston College.
Kate worked for SEI US during 2012-2016. She worked for the Rethinking Development theme, in close collaboration with the SEI communications team.
Based at SEI-US in Somerville, MA, Kate was focused primarily on SEI’s Inequality and Sustainability project, doing research and writing about the ongoing inequality debate and helping researchers in the project communicate their findings.
