Katrin Repnau joined SEI Tallinn in 2025 as Office Manager and HR Coordinator. With a background in the arts and over a decade of experience managing projects, teams, and partnerships, she brings a thoughtful, people-focused approach to her work.
Before joining SEI Tallinn, Katrin organised international art projects and conferences, managed galleries, and worked as a translator. She has extensive experience collaborating with diverse teams and partners, developing strong skills in administration, stakeholder communication, and event organisation. Her background in managing multidisciplinary projects has strengthened her ability to foster trust, structure workflows, and nurture supportive environments.
Katrin values communication, collaboration, and creating spaces where initiatives – and people – can connect. She believes that sustainability, like art, benefits from creative play – something that invites curiosity, connection, and innovation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Conference Translation from Tallinn University, a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from RMIT University in Melbourne, and additional qualifications in Leadership and Management from Cambridge International College. She continues to develop her interests in the arts, people development, and how environments shape the way we work.
