Kevin Rosner was an SEI Associate at SEI Stockholm until December 2017, based in Brussels.
He joined SEI in February 2014 to work on the water-energy-security nexus in Africa and the Middle East.
Kevin is currently working on a political-economic risk assessment in the Tigris-Euphrates Basin, and is further contributing to SEI’s work in the Nile Basin and SADC region. He has worked since 2010 with SEI, SIWI, and CSIR in South Africa on developing a water-energy-security nexus for development in Southern Africa. His academic background (PhD) is as a political scientist with a specialization in the oil and gas industry of the former Soviet Union and Russian Federation.
