Maria’s responsibilities include initiating, developing and implementing HR policies, processes and instructions in order to provide support and guidance to SEI´s leadership functions at both SEI Headquarters and SEI Centers.
She is experienced in managing both operational and strategic assignments and tasks. Maria is also experienced in building and maintaining HR organizations, and building HR portfolios that aim to effectively attract, develop and retain the best human resources.
Maria studied business at the University of Uppsala, complemented with an advanced HR Management Program as well as certification as a management trainer. She has a long and broad experience in various HR disciplines and has held a number of HR executive positions since 1995, foremost within telecom companies.
She is a member of The Employer´s Alliance (Arbetsgivaralliansen) Council.
