Ningxuan Huang

Ningxuan Huang joined SEI Asia as a Communications Officer under Engagement, Impact and Project Management team in August 2026. Her role focuses on supporting the planning and implementation of communications and knowledge management activities for ICCAP project and beyond.

Ningxuan is a strategic communications professional with more than six years of experience in climate, migration, and international development across the Asia-Pacific. Before joining SEI Asia, she worked with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Thailand and the Maldives, supporting multi-platform communications, multimedia content production, and stakeholder engagement on climate vulnerability, migration, and resilience, among other areas. Prior to IOM, Ningxuan worked at the Embassy of Spain in China, where she led digital communications, public diplomacy content, multimedia campaigns, and event promotion.

Ningxuan holds a Master of International Relations from IE University, specializing in International Economics and Business. She also holds a Bachelor of Spanish Language and Literature from Sichuan University and completed an exchange program at the University of Barcelona, focusing on communications studies.
