Sally is an intern with the SEI US Water Team, and is based in Somerville, MA.
At SEI, Sally has worked on numerous projects, primarily focused on the Water-Energy-Food Nexus. Currently, she is a member of the research team focused on the USAID Regional Water and Vulnerable Environment (WAVE) project, as well as the Urban Resilience by Building partnerships and Applying New evidence in WASH – or URBAN WASH initiative.
In addition to her work at SEI, Sally has worked in technology consulting, as well as conducted research focused on agricultural supply chain optimization in international contexts. She completed strategy and expansion internships with several FoodTech start-ups focused on tackling the issue of global food waste, with a specific focus on supply chain inefficiency disruption. Through her work, Sally aided in company growth strategy, operational optimization, and market research. Sally holds a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology from Tufts University and a M.S. in Agriculture, Food, and Environment from the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
