SEI US scientist Sara K. Phillips co-edited Comparative Environmental Law, a part of the Research Handbooks in Comparative Law series. Sara also co-wrote Chapter 1, “Introduction to Comparative Law” and also wrote Chapter 19, “Mining law and governance: structures and challenges.”
The book covers how different comparative law approaches can be applied to environmental policy and practice. Authors also discuss ways in which regulatory systems differ between international legal frameworks across continents.
