A midterm review of the UN’s disaster prevention framework (2015-2030) by the International Science Council will be launched on 1 March 2023. Join this short presentation by the authors of the Review and members of the International Science Council secretariat to be the first to know of this report’s findings.
The report has been produced by the ISC as part of an official midterm review by the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) of the Sendai Framework, which was agreed in 2015 and set out to reduce the human, economic and social cost of disasters.
