      Dayoon joined SEI in July 2021 as a Research Associate in SEI Asia following an internship. She will continue to support GED Cluster on climate migration, gender equality and disaster risk reduction as well as other climate change research focused on gender and social equity.

      Before joining SEI, she has worked in civil society and research institutes including the Institute of Justice and Human Rights in the National University of Lanús where she researched issues pertaining to assimilation and integration in the context of international migration and the Asian diaspora.  

      Dayoon holds a Masters of Science (MSc) in International Development and Management from Lund University, Sweden.
