Ingrid Norrman

Ingrid Norrman works at SEI Headquarters as Business Development and Strategic Partnership Manager.

Ingrid works closely with HQ line management, the finance department, and senior management to enhance professional grants and funding management procedures and ensure ownership and overview of the project portfolio from pipeline to closure.

Ingrid has over 14 years of experience of managing international partnerships in the fields of humanitarian aid and development cooperation.

She joins SEI from Save the Children Sweden. As Partnership Manager, she has been responsible for business development, fundraising, grant management, and high-value partnerships with institutional donors. Ingrid has also worked for Act Church of Sweden where she managed humanitarian programmes as well as partnerships with humanitarian donors. She has extensive experience of managing fundraising efforts and project portfolios, ensuring professional grants- and funding management procedures, and building new business development capacity. Her working languages are Swedish, English, Spanish, and French.

Ingrid holds a Degree of Master of Political Sciences from Uppsala University (Sweden) and an inter-university and multidisciplinary Joint Master’s Degree in International Humanitarian Action from University College Dublin (Ireland).
