Join SEI HQ’s Communications, Learning and Impact Division as an intern and contribute SEI’s strategic journey on results, learning and impact. You will support SEI’s global work in knowledge management, impact thinking, monitoring and evaluation, and organizational learning.
SEI has launched its 2025–29 Strategy, which combines continuity with renewal. It builds on SEI’s legacy, value and achievements while adapting our research agenda to a rapidly changing world.
To put this strategy into practice, SEI uses a dedicated results and learning framework (RALF). RALF helps prioritize work, guides organizational learning with staff and partners, and ensures accountability to donors and stakeholders. Central to this exciting journey is strengthening SEI’s organizational learning across global centers, integrating impact thinking into project design and management, and clearly assessing and demonstrating SEI’s impact.
As an intern, you will join SEI HQ’s Result and Learning team within the Communications, Learning and Impact Division and provide hands-on support by assisting with reviews, research, system management and workshop support.

We are looking for someone with a clear interest or experience in transformative learning, monitoring and evaluation, change management, and/or sustainable development.
You are motivated to find solutions to complex issues, driven by curiosity and a commitment to learning, and eager to make a positive impact. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can prioritize tasks and move them forward. Experience in transformative learning for sustainable development is a plus.
You may undertake this internship as part of a master’s thesis. If so, please state your study program and research topic in your cover letter.
