At SEI we publish all open positions on our website, with all key details in the advertisement. Recruitment processes may differ slightly across SEI centres, but all follow similar procedures.
We use online recruitment software, and only accept applications submitted through the associated links in each posting. We do not accept applications that are sent in by email.
We provide confirmation of applications once received, and updates as the review weeks of the closing date.
We provide individual feedback to those who have reached the final interview stage but are not selected for the position. Given the large number of applicants, we are unable to provide individual feedback to those who are not shortlisted for an interview.
We often conduct interviews via video conference, especially where significant travel would otherwise be required. We may also ask candidates who reach the second stage of the review process to complete a written, analytical, and/or oral assignment, depending on the nature of the position. We ask for references and contact them only with advance permission from the candidate.
