Nicolás Martín

Nicolás Martín works at SEI Headquarters as Data Engineer, Trase Team, Global Agendas, Climate and Systems Division. He supports the mapping of commodity supply chains, as well as building and improving Trase’s data pipelines.

Before joining the team, Nicolás co-directed for 20 years “Somos Más”, an international non-profit that works with social and environmental innovations supported by technological platforms. In this role, he led several Open Data and Open Government initiatives, supporting multi-stakeholder collaborations and networks.

Nicolás holds degrees in Data Science and Data Engineering from Uppsala University (MSc, 2023), and Systems Engineering from Los Andes University (BSc, 2003).
