Raphaëlle Beaussart

Raphaëlle is a Research Associate at SEI Headquarters, primarily supporting the Global Research Committee, the Research Director, and the ClimEq project.

Raphaëlle was previously an intern with the International Climate Risk and Adaptation team at SEI HQ. During this internship, she mainly worked on the ClimEq project and its NDC-SDG connections tool. She also contributed to an IOM project led by SEI Asia on extreme weather events, natural resources mismanagement, and mobility. Prior to joining SEI, she gained research experience at the CRTG Working Group, an NGO combating the recruitment of children by terrorist organizations.

Raphaëlle holds a BSc in Security Studies from Leiden University and is currently enrolled in the MSc International Development at SOAS University of London to pursue her specialization in development and security.
