Lahtvee’s key competences at SEI Tallinn included climate and energy, strategic planning and development, impact assessment and application of policy instruments, green economics and sustainable development.
Upon joining SEI Tallinn, Lahtvee had more than 30 years of experience in environmental protection, public participation, environmental management, policy analysis and integration of sustainable development principles into sector policies. Lahtvee is a Dipl. Engineer in Forestry Management (equal to MSc).
