This policy brief is based on the Sustainable Development Committee’s Transport Report 2010 (Rapporteur: Estonian Council of Environmental NGOs). The report was commissioned by the Estonian Government Office, compiled by the Stockholm Environment Institute Tallinn Centre together with experts from Tallinn University of Technology, University of Tartu, Tallinn University of Applied Sciences.
