Uncertainty over climate change and its impacts, as well as the choice of appropriate adaptation measures, is something that is becoming part of the agenda of practitioners and policy-makers. Scientific knowledge is widely recognised as one source of knowledge for decision support. At the same time it is often unclear what knowledge is needed and how it should be communicated to stakeholders in order to support the implementation of climate change adaptation.
