As part of the Global Initiative for Nature, Grids and Renewables (GINGR), SEI experts generated a document to be used as a design-stage assessment that guides users through the process of developing and overseeing new renewable energy and electric infrastructure projects that provide community benefits and attain social acceptance.

This framework covers due diligence, public engagement and human rights elements that can mitigate adverse outcomes of renewable energy projects and help them achieve lasting success in the context of each affected community.
