Estonia and Finland have both set clear targets to achieve carbon neutrality and the countries’ public and private sectors are actively working towards a low-carbon future. A successful industry transition is essential to achieving the climate targets.
This EU side event at COP26, co-organized by LeadIT, will showcase best practices and business-driven approaches to drive industry transition. The event will look at global examples of industry transitions as well as key policy and industry levers to facilitate the transition. LeadIT’s Head of Secretariat, Gökce Mete, will be one of the speakers in the panel discussion.
The event is organized by the Ministry of the Environment of Estonia, Confederation of Finnish Industries EK and LeadIT.
