About the session

From national rails to local doors: the value of local OSS and “Capture”

Luke Gooding explored how local One Stop Shops like YorEnergy can deliver meaningful, community-centred climate action. Drawing on SEI’s research from the Retrofit One-Stop Shop (ROSSY) project, Luke discussed how locally embedded models improve trust, enhance resilience, and ensure that retrofit benefits reach those who need them most.
