Jaee is a Research Associate at SEI Asia. Her main responsibilities include supporting research, in particular related to the Asia Centre’s work on city health and sustainable urbanization. She is responsible for identifying new research opportunities and supporting fund raising for expanding the Centre’s work into new and interesting areas. She is also interested in communications and outreach of SEI’s scientific research. Currently, she is involved with the Sustainable Manufacturing and Environmental Pollution project that is funded by the United Nations Conference of Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and Department for International Development.
Prior to joining SEI, Jaee worked with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) as a Team Lead for the Global Environmental Outlook-6 for Youth report, where she helped translate environmental data and statistics into content aimed at inspiring youth around the world to adopt sustainable lifestyles.
Jaee holds a Masters of Science and Technology in Environmental Technology Management specializing in water management from Arizona State University.
