EcoTips is software that provides advice and resources for a better environmental management for SMEs which results in financial profit, more time availability and new market possibilities. It is important to test the adapted methodology and train micro-business representatives in order to improve the environmental performance and plan the environmental investments and savings of micro businesses from 8 economic sectors (offices, bars and restaurants, car-repair shops, renovation and home improvements, hotels, events management, retail, hair saloons) across the EU.

The intended outcome is to reduce the environmental footprint of micro businesses using educational software Ecotoolkit (that contains three environmental management tools: Ecomapping, EcoTips, EcoScan) and develop environmental management-related VET systems. Duration of the project is 24 months.
