SEI has been contracted by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) to coordinate and implement the Swedish bilateral programme within the framework of the Montreal Protocol and the Multilateral Fund (MLF) since July 1999.
Up to the present date the OLP project portfolio has grown to include 15 approved projects. Seven countries have received Swedish assistance through the OLP and there are also regional projects.
