The project aims to support the preparation of climate and energy action plans for the municipalities of Saku, Kiili and Lääne-Harju and to raise awareness among local communities and stakeholders about the development of climate measures. Also, to engage local communities in local level planning and gather input for the preparation of climate and energy action plan implementation plans across the three municipalities.
In autumn 2026, SEI Tallinn conducts 15 engagement events across the three municipalities.
