The BiH Environmental Strategy and Action Plan 2030+ will:
In the long-term, the project will contribute to the process of BiH becoming a member of the European Union. The document will also be a critical tool for relevant authorities to improve the state of the environment in BiH and improve overall citizen health and well-being for current and future generationsWhile progress has been made over the last decade in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) on environmental issues, there is still scope to improve legislative frameworks and enforcement of environmental policies.
