Douglas Wang

Douglas Wang is a Technical Specialist Software Developer based at SEI’s York centre. He was originally employed to develop SEI’s web-based project Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Communication system (PMEC).

He is currently developing a number of web platforms including a web-mapping portal for cultural maritime heritage. He is also supporting the development of a number of other research and organisational management tools including the LEAP-IBC tool.

He also developed a number of web platforms including Bangalore Urban Metabolism Project (BUMP) and Targeting Outscaling tool (TAGMI)
