As the project identified both the challenges and opportunities related to climate change and development, the key target audience included both the public and private sector.

SEI played a dual role in BalticClimate – to coordinate Estonian municipal level and county level project partners in developing their integrated solutions and to develop an ICT toolkit which would allow for transfer of project results to throughout the BSR area: www.toolkit.balticclimate.org.

The BalticClimate project involved 23 partners from seven countries around the Baltic Sea.

Funder: Partly financed by the European Union through the INTERREG Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013.
