Summer 2026 WEAP training

Join SEI experts for an online three-day interactive course, with a one-day introductory session, on the basic and intermediate functions of SEI’s flagship water modelling software. Sessions run on 1, 8, 13 and 15 July 2026. Space is limited.

1 to 15 July 2026
Online only

Learn how to perform water modelling and planning using SEI’s flagship software, Water Evaluation and Adaptation Planning (WEAP).

WEAP is a user-friendly modelling tool that enables integrated water resources planning on a variety of scales. More than 58 000 people use WEAP worldwide for policy planning, research and more.

SEI experts will run the training online, in English, on 8, 13 and 15 July 2026, from 7–10 a.m. PDT, with a one-hour introductory session on 1 July at 7 a.m. PDT. The introductory session is a pre-training meeting that helps participants get the most out of the course. In the following sessions, participants will be introduced to WEAP and learn intermediate supply, demand and data entry features, along with hydrology calculations and more advanced WEAP functions.

Interested in the training? Log into the user forum to see what price is available to you. There is a discounted rate for students and people who qualify for a free WEAP license.

Interested in private help with your WEAP model? SEI’s WEAP experts can offer consultation for a minimum of three hours at USD 120 per hour, subject to topic and staff availability.
